Born and raised in Northern Virginia, I know the DMV market from the inside. I’ve lived here my entire life and understand the nuances of Loudoun County, Fairfax, Prince William, and the surrounding areas — the communities, schools, commute patterns, and the differences between established neighborhoods and the newest developments.

Before joining Samson Properties, I spent more than a decade in new home sales with some of the region’s top builders, including D.R. Horton, Dream Finders Homes, and Stanley Martin Homes. During that time I was involved in over $100 million in new home sales. That background gives me a level of insight into the new construction process that most agents simply don’t have — from lot selection and structural options to builder incentives, timelines, and what actually matters when you’re buying a brand-new home.
